1. Using Zupitr
Zupitr is provided by Snabre Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 51 690 206 681). These terms apply when you use our website, mobile or desktop apps, web app, and related services.
By creating an account, buying a subscription, or continuing to use Zupitr, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Zupitr.
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are under the legal age in your location, a parent or guardian must approve and supervise your use.
2. Accounts and access
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account unless the activity happened because of our failure to use reasonable care.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
- We may set reasonable feature, storage, or AI usage limits to keep the service reliable and fair.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Monthly renewal
A monthly subscription renews automatically and the subscription fee is charged each month until you cancel. The plan, billing period, currency, and price shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
Current price, not a lifetime price
The price shown when you subscribe is the current subscription price. It is not guaranteed forever because taxes, operating costs, features, currencies, and market conditions can change.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices in the future. For an existing subscription, we will give you at least two months' notice before a higher Zupitr subscription price takes effect. The notice will explain the new price and when it starts. You may cancel before the new price applies.
Apple purchases
If you subscribe in the iOS app, Apple processes the payment, stores your payment details, and charges your Apple Account each month. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings before renewal. Apple may also send price-change notices or request your consent where required.
Deleting your Zupitr account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests for Apple purchases must be made through Apple and are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.
Other payment providers
If another provider processes your payment, its checkout terms, cancellation process, and refund process also apply. Cancelling normally stops future renewals and does not remove access for a period you have already paid for. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Your data and account deletion
You keep ownership of the financial records, documents, messages, and other content you add to Zupitr. You give us permission to store, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, or to meet legal obligations.
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of information you enter, import, scan, or ask AI features to create. Keep your own copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
App usage and diagnostics
To understand how Zupitr is used and keep it working well, we may collect general usage and technical information. This may include screens or pages viewed, general feature usage, session activity, app platform and version, device or browser details, approximate region, technical identifiers, and error or performance information. We use this information to improve usability, monitor performance and reliability, understand which features are helpful, and find and fix bugs. This tracking does not give us your bank login credentials or full payment card details.
What happens after deletion?
When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period. Some information may remain for longer in backups, security records, transaction records, or restricted archives where needed for legal compliance, tax and accounting duties, fraud prevention, disputes, or potential liabilities. It will not stay in normal active use and will be removed when the relevant requirement or backup cycle ends.
More detail about collection, sharing, security, retention, and your privacy rights is in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI features and financial information
Zupitr may use AI to help organise entries, read documents, answer questions, and show financial patterns. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review it before relying on it or saving it to your records.
Zupitr provides general information and educational tools, not personal financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your decisions. For advice about your situation, speak with a suitably qualified professional.
6. Responsible use
Do not use Zupitr to:
- break the law, commit fraud, harass someone, or violate another person's rights;
- upload malware or content you do not have permission to use;
- probe, overload, bypass, damage, or interfere with our security or systems;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service except where the law allows it; or
- use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable load or avoids stated limits.
We may investigate misuse and suspend or close access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Zupitr, or the law. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you a chance to fix it.
7. Our service and content
Zupitr, its branding, software, design, and content belong to Snabre Solutions Pty Ltd or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose while these terms apply.
We work to keep Zupitr secure and available, but software and third-party services can sometimes be delayed, interrupted, changed, or unavailable. Features may change as the product develops. We will use reasonable care and provide notice of material changes where practical.
Zupitr may link to or rely on services supplied by Apple, Microsoft, cloud hosts, payment providers, exchange-rate providers, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to the parts they provide.
8. Ending your use
You may stop using Zupitr and delete your account at any time. You must separately cancel any active paid subscription through Apple or the provider that bills you.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, fail to pay a required fee, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice where the circumstances allow. Terms that logically continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective after access ends.
9. Liability and legal rights
To the extent allowed by law, Zupitr is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Where liability can legally be limited, our liability will be limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid for the affected service during the previous 12 months, whichever is appropriate under the law.
These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or changes any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
10. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded Zupitr from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and Snabre Solutions Pty Ltd, not Apple. Zupitr, not Apple, is responsible for the app, its support, and claims relating to it, subject to applicable law.
Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by Apple's usage rules. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Zupitr. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the App Store-related terms against you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Zupitr, the law, or the services we rely on change. We will update the effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes through the app, website, or email. The specific two-month notice in section 3 applies to increases in an existing Zupitr subscription price.
12. Questions, disputes, and governing law
If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable consumer law.
If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest will continue. Not enforcing a term immediately does not mean that term is waived.
