Regular bills, recorded on time
Recurring expense tracking for bills and subscriptions
Create a schedule for a mortgage payment, Netflix subscription or another regular bill. Zupitr tracks it in the background, reminds you when it is due and can add the expense to Expense Manager automatically.
Keep regular payments in your expense history
Once a recurring expense schedule is active, Zupitr handles the repeat tracking in the background. When the payment is due, the app can save a new expense entry using the schedule details you supplied.
- Useful for: subscriptions, mortgage instalments and regular household bills.
- Reminder: receive an alert before the expense is due.
- Expense Manager: keep the resulting entry with your other recorded spending.

Schedule details
Configure a weekly or monthly recurring expense
Add the information once so Zupitr knows what to record and when it is due.
Frequency
Choose Weekly or Monthly. For a weekly schedule, select the day of the week. For a monthly schedule, choose a specific day from 1 to 31 or use the last day of the month.
Start date
The start date defaults to today when you create a schedule. You can select a different date before saving it.
Label and category
Enter a free-text name or description, such as “Home loan” or “Netflix”, then select the expense category that should be used for each automatic entry.
Automatic recording
See when an expense came from a recurring schedule
When the scheduled payment occurs, Zupitr can create and save the expense entry in Expense Manager. The entry keeps a visible recurring-expense source tag, so it is easy to distinguish from an expense you entered manually.

Spend less time re-entering regular bills
Set up each recurring expense once, then let Zupitr keep Expense Manager current as payments fall due.
